A promise we will always keep.

The New House was created with the vision of providing high quality houses to those that need them at a truly affordable cost.

We believe that every hard working family deserves the chance to build a life in a home they call their own. Your house is a place to feel safe, dream big and make lasting memories. To teach and to learn, to be prideful, and to pass all of those lessons along to the next generation.

Sadly, for many this dream is sometimes difficult to achieve.

For all of us at The New House this is unacceptable. Which is why every day, across the board, each of our associates works to drive costs down while improving efficiencies and quality. All so that homeownership is more attainable to every day Americans.

So, with that belief in mind, we made a promise. Or in our words: The Promise.

For every 100 homes built and sold The New House will donate one house to a community that needs and deserves it. Every time someone purchases The New House they can feel good knowing they have done their small part in making this possible.

There will be no random drawing or silly contest to decide who receives The Promise House. Instead, we are working with cities to identify where the house is truly needed and will award it appropriately.

Some of you may have read about The Promise on our website when we launched our first neighborhood for sale in Menifee, CA a short time ago. But now, after officially selling out of the 103-house project, it is important you know we are fully dedicated to keeping our promise.

We owe a special debt of gratitude to the first 100 buyers of The New House in Menifee. Your support of The New House is going to help change someone's life. This is all thanks to each and every one of you.  

The details of our first Promise House are not yet finalized, but please stay tuned for more updates and an announcement of the location in the near future.
