Practically everything you
wanted to know about
The New House.

Why is The New House so inexpensive?
It took a lot of work to get our prices so low. Our money-saving super power is proprietary. However, we can say that our “special sauce” is huge amounts of research, development and pre-planning. All of this hard work means that our building system is ultra efficient. Less waste means more savings for you.

Does the price I see include land?
Yes, all of the prices you see on this website include land. A real house can’t levitate and we’ve tailored each lot to fit the house.

Where else have you built The New House?
After several years of research and development we started our first community in Menifee, California. We sold 103 houses in 9 months, and the neighborhood is coming together beautifully. For a quick picture of our happy homeowners check out our facebook page. Other projects are always in the works, so check back often to see where The New House is going next.

Is it modular, prefab, or a trailer?
No, we are not modular, prefab or a trailer. We’re precision built. We’re calculated and exact. The only thing that’s doublewide about us is our imagination. We cut wood on a laser guided saw in a factory, and we’d never dream of sending an assembled house to someone on a truck. A real house you can really afford means that these don’t come with wheels. They are stick-built and sturdy. Come out to Mira Loma to see the houses for yourself.

Why can’t I see The New House via a virtual tour?
There are two reasons why we don’t have a virtual tour. In case you can’t tell, we’re really excited about these houses. That’s why we want to show them to you in person. Also, although nobody ever wants to say it, this site is always under construction. We hope to have a virtual tour up in a little bit.

How big are your lots?
Each of our lots vary in size, but we pride ourselves on picking the right house for each one. We’re not strangers to the big back yard, and have done everything we can to deliver The New House on the perfect lot for it. Your Field Team member will show you all the specific lot sizes that are available.

How many houses will be in The New House community at Beaumont?  What about San Jacinto?
Upon completion, there will be 77 houses in Beaumont.  San Jacinto will have 26 houses.

Are there good schools nearby?
We know how important schools are to homebuyers these days. Details about specific schools for each community can be found in the Store section of our website, just click the location you are interested in.

How much will my property taxes be?
In California, property taxes are made up of multiple parts that vary depending on location. The first part is a property tax rate (which is a percent of the assessed value). The second part is made of special assessments. We know how important accuracy is to all homeowners, so you can get all the details from your Field Team member.

For estimation purposes, the property tax rate for The New House Beaumont is 1.32%. In addition, there are special assessments that total approximately $2,775 per year (about $231.25 per month).

As for San Jacinto, the property tax base is 1% with the special assessments coming in between $1,390 to $1,916 per year (about $116 to $159 monthly).

Is there a Home Owners Association (HOA)? How much are the monthly dues?
Some of our projects do have Home Owner Associations, while others do not. Please check the Store to find which communities have HOAs and what fees are involved in them. Of course, your Field Team member will explain all the details, too.

Beaumont and San Jacinto, do not have an HOA, therefore there are no HOA dues.
